A DRIVE IN THE COUNTRY

Everyone is welcome to join us for drinks from 3.30 pm on Saturday, March 23 for the opening of “A Drive in the Country”. A new body of paintings from Australian artist Ray Lawrence.

Lawrence had a classical training as an artist / painter. Continuing to paint throughout his career as a film director, with such iconic Australian films as Bliss, Lantana and Jindabyne, he has been a finalist in the Archibald and Moran art prizes. These paintings reflect Ray’s love of the Australian countryside, They read beautifully on the wall of the gallery. Come for a drive in the country, don’t miss this lovely show.
